WHAT IS 9D BREATH WORK?

9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines:

• conscious breathing techniques
• with multi-dimensional sound technology
• guided visualization
• hypnosis-style coaching
• affirmations
• binaural beats
• emotional release practices.

The “9D” refers to multiple layers of audio and sensory elements designed to create a deeply engaging experience that feels more immersive than traditional guided meditation or breathwork.

What Happens During a Session?

Participants will:
 Lie down comfortably on a comfy air mattress with noise canceling headphones, mask and blanket.
 Follow by a guided breathing pattern.
 Listen to a specially designed audio journey.
 Experience emotional release, insight, relaxation, or heightened awareness.
 The group will receive Cosmic Reiki Energy Healing during the entire session with guided sound bowls at the end of what was channeled for healing.
 This Healing session is about 85 minutes, long with demonstrations and explanations beforehand.
